AS PART OF THIS APPLICATION, WE ASK THAT YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING STATEMENTS & CONDITIONS:
I understand that purchasing a puppy is a long-term commitment of 12-15 years. If, for any reason, I can no longer keep my Bernese Mountain Dog, I must first contact Bernese Mountain Meadows (BMM) to discuss rehoming options, with BMM having the option to take the dog back. BMM is willing to work with owners if they have another home in mind, but we want to ensure none of our puppies end up in a shelter.
I acknowledge that BMM temperament tests all puppies and will match them with the best possible family based on personality and lifestyle needs, though physical traits will also be considered. BMM reserves the right to hold back puppies with breeding potential to enhance our program.
All BMM puppies are sent home with a strict spay/neuter contract, which must be fulfilled per contract terms. This requirement is non-negotiable.
I confirm that I have answered all questions truthfully and understand that BMM reserves the right to refuse to sell to me at any time. Once my application is approved, I will be required to submit a non-refundable $500 deposit to secure my spot on the Reservation List. This deposit will be applied to the total price of my reserved puppy.
